Here is How You Can Help!
Join Your Churches CarePortal team if you haven’t done so already. Contact us if you need help enrolling!
Once you respond, look for an email from CarePortal with the caseworker’s contact information
Coordinate with the caseworker and potentially the family over how to meet the request. We suggest not buying or securing items until you confirm items are still needed with family as scenarios can change quickly.
Give feedback to Every Child CarePortal about your experience after the caseworker lets us know that the request has been closed.
